Arc Thrift Stores seeks a Store Manager to lead store operations, implementing plans, procedures and policies to meet sales plans and financial goals. The role reports to the Director of Store Operations and directs budgeting, staffing, training, safety and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience, the ability to work with a diverse team, and strong written and verbal communication. Federal and state compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ supervisory experience managing 10–15 people.
• Experience with diverse workforces and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and act on instructions and memos.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and apply percentages.
• PC literacy and Windows-based software familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Achieves sales plan within the established operating budget.
• Oversees receiving, production, merchandising and sale of donated merchandise.
• Promotes a culture of open communication, accountability and compliant practices.
• Provides training and feedback to employees; enforces performance standards.
• Develops and implements plans to achieve financial, operating and service objectives.
• Maintains records related to sales, production and personnel.
• Ensures daily store funds handling and deposit accuracy.
