Responsibilities

• Coordinate all components for Tenant openings.
• Manage workload using COGNOS reports for deal progression.
• Review and approve tenant plans for compliance.

Education

Architectural, construction, engineering or related degree preferred

Tools

Familiarity with engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
