Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician to repair devices, support customers, and grow your technical skills in a busy retail setting.

You’ll troubleshoot phones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, manage store inventory, and ship devices for same-day service. Expect flexible hours (weekends), ongoing training, and uncapped incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 6-12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.

Responsibilities

• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission.
