Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician in Dallas to repair devices, assist customers, and grow skills in a fast-paced store environment. You will troubleshoot phones and tablets, communicate tech concepts clearly, and work toward team goals while maintaining inventory and supporting fast, same-day service.

The role offers weekend availability, ongoing training, and peluang for career development within a supportive, inclusive retail culture.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.

Responsibilities

• Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers.
• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission.
• Manage store inventory.
