Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and level up your tech skills. You’ll earn starting pay of $15 per hour to $16.50 with monthly store incentives and ongoing training.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot and repair phones and tablets, explain tech clearly to customers, manage store inventory, and support shipping for same-day service. You’ll work flexible retail hours, including weekends, as part of a teamwork-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
