Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician in Texas to troubleshoot and repair phones and tablets, assist customers, and manage inventory. The role involves promoting protection plans and meeting performance targets in a in-person store environment.

Income starts at $15 per hour with potential to reach $16.50 per hour plus monthly incentives. Paid time off and comprehensive benefits are included, with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
