Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and advance technical skills in a high-volume store. You will troubleshoot devices, explain tech to customers, and work toward sales goals while contributing to inventory, shipping, and protection-plan promotions.

Full-time position with weekly weekend hours. Prior repair or retail experience is preferred; soldering skills are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.

• Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers.
• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission.
