Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Mansfield, TX is looking for a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and level up your technical skills.

You’ll troubleshoot smartphones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, manage store inventory, ship devices for service, and promote protection plans. This role offers weekend hours and uncapped store incentives for strong performance.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, OS, and hardware.
• Introductory soldering or tech repair skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and similar devices.
• Explain tech concepts in simple terms to customers.
• Meet performance goals and participate in store incentives.
• Manage store inventory and assist with device shipping.
• Promote protection plans to customers.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
