Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Help customers interpret and pay bills and manage account data in-store.
• Answer questions about services, make changes to accounts, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
