Comcast Xfinity retail is seeking a driven sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrations in-store. You will engage customers, explain product features, help them choose plans, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to meet retail ops, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Explain account statements and process bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on services, update account data and upgrade levels of service.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain product knowledge, including competitive information.
