Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret account statements and pay their bills in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, adjust account data, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain product knowledge.
