Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up to ensure service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services and processing service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products.
