Qualifications

• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.

• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining up-to-date sales knowledge including competitors.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and linking products to customers’ lifestyles.
