Expect ongoing training, opportunities to expand the customer base, and community engagement at events. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with individual commissions up to $18,000 annually, and top performers can reach $65,000–$75,500+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
