Job summary

Verizon Retail is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales and deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will identify customer needs, propose Verizon products and solutions, and close sales with effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule released four weeks in advance).
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Recommend products and solutions to provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
