Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate at a worksite-based location in Georgia. You will grow sales through customer connections, showcase cutting-edge technology, and provide complete solutions from needs discovery to close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales.
• Close sales by using communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
