Job summary

AT&T Costa Mesa store seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that fit their needs at 298 E 17th St.

You’ll earn between $20.83 and $21.71 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions, with top performers earning around $62,460 per year. Joining includes medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and other benefits. Hours are 40 per week in-store.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
