Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Costa Mesa, CA. You’ll grow your career by delivering outstanding customer service, uncovering customer needs, and proposing top-down tech solutions in-store.

Expect base pay of $16–$21/hour with potential annual commissions up to $18,000, plus extra incentives that can push total earnings to $65,000–$75,500 depending on performance. Health, education, and other perks start on day one.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales using clear communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-train in merchandising and inventory.
