Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend solutions and support shoppers at every step of their tech journey.

This part-time seasonal role offers opportunities to develop sales skills, participate in demonstrations, handle cashier duties, and contribute to a friendly store environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
