Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge operations and technology for Major Oil and Gas retail tech initiatives. You will gather requirements, document processes, and drive UAT, deployments, and business readiness across POS, loyalty, payments, and back-office systems.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in retail technology or store operations, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience in requirements gathering and testing activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Technology to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct functional analysis and assess impacts across integrated platforms.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities (UAT, regression, end-to-end).
• Support release readiness, go-live activities, and post-deployment performance.

This role supports Major Oil and Gas clients Mobility & Convenience business by acting as

the bridge between retail operations and technology teams. The focus is ensuring store

technology solutions deliver business value across POS, loyalty, payments, inventory,

pricing, reporting, and back-office operations.

The person will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Support, Field Teams,

and vendors to gather requirements, support testing, coordinate deployments, and drive

• Support release readiness and business signoff.
• Participate in store pilots, deployments, cutovers, and go-live activities.
• Support field teams during implementation and stabilization periods.
• Monitor post-deployment business performance and identify improvement
