Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You’ll greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking merchandise, performing merchandising plans, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend products, ask to add value.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, perform janitorial duties and price changes.
