Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage with customers and team members, support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking merchandise, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs; recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform merchandising, stocking and janitorial duties.
• Complete documentation for duties performed.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience.
