Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers, support selling initiatives and perform store tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and involves working with birds and merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience required; retail or farm knowledge is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours as needed.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, merchandise assembly, and price changes.
• Perform janitorial duties and recover merchandise as needed.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds in care of poultry holding tanks.
