Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs and wants.
• Recommend product solutions and assist with selection.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete merchandising tasks, price changes and plan-o-grams.
• Assist with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure a Legendary Customer Experience every visit.
