Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring safety and excellent service.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, completing plan-o-gram procedures, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining poultry holding areas when applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise; perform janitorial duties; execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and carton baler (age restrictions apply).
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure Legendary customer experience.
