Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting ability are expected.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock/merchandise and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds.
