Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming-related knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle transactions according to procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in merchandising plans.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Perform duties including stocking, housekeeping, and price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety and care for birds and poultry as required by position.
