Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina (Palmetto Goodwill) is seeking a team member to deliver ACE to customers, act as an ambassador for our I-CARE values, and participate in ongoing training and development in a busy retail store on Hilton Head Island.

You will sort and price donations, operate the point‑of‑sale system, record transactions, meet production goals, keep the store clean, and report any security concerns.

• Meet production goals for the retail location
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Demonstrate cashier/production/donor services proficiency through evaluation
• Report known or suspected security or theft issues to management or Asset Protection
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain safety standards and report exceptions
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by store management

• Accurately uses POS to complete sales and encourages customers to round up for mission impact.
• Records donations, production of merchandise, and assigned tasks accurately.
• Meets production goals for the retail location.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Demonstrates proficiency in cashier, softline production, or donor/hardline production roles through evaluation.
• Reports security or theft issues to management or Asset Protection as appropriate.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and safety standards to meet CARF and Department of Labor requirements.
• Maintains safety standards and reports any exceptions to store management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store management.
