Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a Retail Team Member II to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process donations, and maintain merchandising and sales efficiency. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting, teamwork, and reliable weekend availability.

Formación

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and other retail systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multicultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse people and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers ACE (Amazing Customer Experience) to all customers.
• Acts as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and its values (I-CARE).
• Participates in training and development and embraces growth.
• Supports diversity, inclusivity and belonging in the workforce.
• Receives and processes donations using the prescribed process.
• Sorts, prices, and stocks donations for sale.
• Operates POS system to complete sales and encourages round-up for mission impact.
• Maintains production goals and a clean work environment.
• Reports security or theft concerns to management or Asset Protection.
