Family Farm and Home is seeking Team Members to support daily store operations, greet customers, and process transactions. You will assist with loyalty programs, financing options, and promotions while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

Applicants should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed. A friendly demeanor and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in-store or online.
• Assist with loyalty programs, warranties, financing, and promotions.
• Operate the POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Build and maintain displays and store appearance per layout.
• Support stock, back stock areas, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Help with price changes, signage, and store audits.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and loss-prevention oriented environment.
