Job summary

Family Farm and Home in Michigan is seeking Team Members to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

You will greet customers, process purchases at the register, participate in signage and promotions, help with freight, inventory, and merchandising, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and assist them in store and online.
• Utilizes POS to checkout customers and follow all cash handling processes.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out of stock processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, receiving, cash office and register area.
