Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires flexibility in shifts, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform a variety of duties across store operations, including cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and safety tasks, with emphasis on customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Experience not required; strong preference for customer-focused candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA steps (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
• Assemble merchandise and participate in Plan-o-gram merchandising.
• Perform janitorial and stocking tasks and ensure safety standards.
