Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and safety rules.

• Ability to follow planograms and maintain appealing merchandise displays.
• Basic cash handling knowledge and math skills.
• Experience with cash registers is a plus.
• Ability to stock, rotate, and display merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to meet and exceed expectations.
• Acquire and use product knowledge to assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising to create engaging displays and drive sales.
• Rotate stock and build eye-catching displays following guidelines.
• Perform daily cleaning and restocking duties.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and assist at self-checkout terminals.
