Job summary

pOpshelf is hiring a Team Member to serve customers, stock shelves, and operate the cash register in our Columbus, OH store. You will help create eye-catching displays, maintain store cleanliness, and follow company procedures to maximize sales and store profitability.

The role requires excellent communication, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Basic cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to stock and display merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed expectations.
• Stock and merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Operate cash registers and assist customers at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Assist customers with self-checkout when needed.
• Execute daily cleaning and shelf replenishment.
