Job summary

pOpshelf is hiring a Team Member in Tampa to act as the primary friendly contact for customers. You will stock displays, merchandise products, recover merchandise, and operate the cash register to complete purchases while protecting company assets.

Key duties include providing exceptional service, learning product knowledge, maintaining a clean store, and assisting customers at self-checkout across multiple terminals. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic store procedures and safety rules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Basic cash handling knowledge and math skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and assist customers at self-checkout.
