Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking Team Members to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking, merchandising, loading assistance, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Training covers safety, equipment operation, and customer service excellence, with a focus on friendly, reliable service across shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail knowledge or farming/pet/equine/welding preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, sets and resets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary customer experience.
