Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Team Manager in Decatur, AL to lead and develop a team of Retail Team Leaders, Merchandisers, and Location Attendants, ensuring best-in-class retail operations and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise route operations, execute merchandising initiatives, monitor financial performance, and foster accountability and service excellence while partnering with clients to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21+ to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, plan-o-grams, and promotions.
• Visit client accounts regularly to assess performance and build relationships.
• Monitor retail financial reports to manage spoilage, sales accuracy, and labor costs.
• Oversee retail installations, conversions, and grand openings in markets.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate daily activities including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure product freshness and visual compliance.
• Collaborate with other Retail Team Managers to improve route efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and profitability.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and facilities in safe, clean condition.
• Serve as primary contact for customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
