Job summary

Meijer is seeking a store leadership professional in Michigan to plan, direct, and supervise daily operations across departments. You will mentor team members, drive customer service excellence, and manage staffing and training to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a managerial role, with a focus on safe, efficient store operations and strong financial awareness. This on-site role offers opportunities for advancement and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear directions.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict by addressing root causes.
