Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service and becoming a top-selling team member with clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support.

Formación

• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Service and ensure strong customer engagement.
• Own and maintain Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery areas.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as needed.
• Operate cash register and related equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
