Goodwill of Central Illinois is seeking a Store Team Leader in Peoria, IL. This full-time role supports the Store Leader and management team to achieve annual operating goals, evaluating customer needs, staff performance, and daily operational priorities.

You will coach hourly staff, lead recruitment when needed, and drive responsible use of resources while delivering Goodwill’s mission and values at the point of sale.
