Job summary

Goodwill of Central Illinois is seeking a Store Team Leader in Peoria, IL to assist the Store Leader and management team in achieving the store's annual operating plan. You will guide staff, make judgments on customers, operations, and policy compliance.

The role focuses on staff development, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship. You will coach employees, participate in recruiting, monitor sales and donations, and ensure Goodwill values are demonstrated in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree and Credential Requirements - NONE! We value capability and development.
• Supervisory expertise in a service-related setting (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Coaching and mentorship to staff and teammates.
• Strong communication skills across oral and written forms.
• Commitment to customer focus and service excellence.
• Familiarity with basic computer use and software.
