Qualifications

• Retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store.
• Support daily store operations and tasks.
• Unload merchandise from deliveries and stock shelves.
• Maintain merchandise quality and rotation; ensure product handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Handle cash, deposits, and cash registers.
• Lead and train the team; supervise sales associates.
