Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) in Rockford, IL. You will lead daily store operations, support inventory management, and deliver exceptional customer service while assisting in team development.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Starting wage is $18+ per hour based on experience, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a growing

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support daily store operations.
