See’s Candies, a leader in confectionery with over a century of heritage, is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing great customer service and helping our stores grow.

As a store leader, you will oversee onsite daily operations of a single retail shop, drive sales to targets, manage opening/closing, coach staff, and uphold safety and merchandising standards, with a pay rate of $21.02 per hour and flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (≥3 years).
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seizing sales opportunities and building a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to stock shelves, ring sales, stand or walk entire shift, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
