Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, training and coaching employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
