See’s Candies is looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive store success. The role oversees daily shop operations, staffing adherence, opening/closing duties, and cost-effective merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years of retail management experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to grow sales while maintaining safety standards and a high customer-service bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at season end.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
