Job summary

James Avery Jewelry is seeking a part-time Store Lead at the Schertz Station location in Schertz, TX. You will join the Retail Store Leadership Team, delivering top-tier guest service and leading front-line staff to meet store goals.

You will supervise daily operations, greet guests, resolve issues, and assist with inventory, scheduling, and training. A high school diploma and some supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Resolves guest issues effectively and maintains high service levels.
• Keeps supervisor informed of product, guest, and personnel issues.
• Monitors and approves guest returns per retail policies.
• Provides leadership and training to associates, delegates tasks.
• Assists in opening/closing duties and inventory processes.
