• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and connections.
• Maximize sales by implementing selling strategies and coaching to selling behaviors.
• Drive guest loyalty through loyalty programs, KPIs, and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance with plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Analyze business, create action plans, and drive KPI results.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention measures aligned with policies.
