Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists store manager with overall store operations.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Handles daily admin tasks and cash transactions.
• Monitors sales transactions and ensures proper procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and safety compliance.
• Contributes to associate interviews and performance reviews.
• Makes bank deposits.
• Opens and closes the store as needed.

• Assists with staffing and time/attendance monitoring.
