Summit Racing Equipment is hiring a Retail Team Leader for our Tallmadge store. This role requires prior retail and cash drawer experience, along with excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be flexible, available for full-time shifts, and willing to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous Retail/cash drawer experience.
• Comfortable talking with customers.
• Must be able to work full-time.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, Fridays, and at least 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with merchandise.
• Provides technical advice to customers.
• Maintains proper traffic flow of customers.
• Assists the Retail Supervisors and Manager with store operations.
• Trains workers on store policies and procedures.
